Air removal from a hydraulic path of a drive of switching off of coupling


1. Pumping of a hydraulic drive of switching off of system should be carried out each time after removal of its components and also when liquid level in the tank of the main cylinder falls so that air gets to assembly. A pumping principle the same, as used at air removal from a brake path.
2. Fill in in the main cylinder fresh brake DOT 3 liquid.

 Do not use the liquid repeatedly already extorted from system, and also, liquid, a long time stored in leaky closed container.

3. Remove a dustproof cap and pull on the gate of pumping of the cylinder the end of a plastic hose suitable on the size. The second end of a hose lower in transparent vessel partially filled with brake liquid. Track, that the cut of a hose appeared entirely is shipped in liquid.

4. Ask the assistant to squeeze out a pedal of coupling and to fix it in the bottom situation. Slightly open the gate of pumping and let out liquid from the cylinder in drain capacity. When the effluence of the liquid mixed with air bubbles will stop, again densely tighten the gate and allow to release to the assistant a pedal.
5. Continue pumping in the same manner until liquid leaving the cylinder completely will not be released from air bubbles. Constantly watch closely liquid level in the tank of the main cylinder, without allowing its excessive lowering, air dangerous by hit to the highway and data to zero of all undertaken efforts.
6. Having finished pumping, disconnect a hose and establish into place a dustproof cap. Check serviceability of functioning of coupling.
