 Remember that developed in the course of operation of brake mechanisms the dust can contain extremely unhealthy the person asbestos. At all do not blow off a dust the compressed air and do not inhale it, - at service of mechanisms put on a protective mask or a respirator. At all do not use for rubbing of components of brake system by gasoline or solvents on an oil basis, - apply only firm cleaners or methyl alcohol!

Supports of both brake mechanisms of one axis should change at the same time.



1. The design of disk brake mechanisms is presented on illustrations.
2. Weaken nuts of fastening of the corresponding wheels. To Poddomkratta a car front/back also establish it on props. Prop up protivootkatny boots wheels standing on the earth. Remove wheels.
3. For a detachment of a driving cable of the parking brake from the executive lever of the brake mechanism of a back wheel отболтите a basic arm of a cable from support assembly. Liberate a cable tip from the bifurcate lever.

4. Turn out a hollow bolt of shtutserny connection and remove sealing washers. Disconnect a hose from a support. At once закупорьте the open end of the disconnected hose for the purpose of minimization of losses of hydraulic liquid.

5. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a support from a basic arm.



1. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace copper sealing washers (laying) from both parties of the shtutserny socket of connection to a support of a brake hose. Usually the set of new laying is applied in a remnabor. Tighten bolts of fastening of a support and a hollow bolt of shtutserny connection with demanded effort.
2. Pump over a brake contour (see. Section Pumping of brake system). Check on existence of signs of leaks shtutserny connections of brake lines.
3. Establish to the place of a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten nuts of fastening of wheels with demanded effort (see. Specifications to Head of Control and routine maintenance). Before starting operation of the car check serviceability of functioning of brakes.
