REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The design of the steering pump is presented on an illustration.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

 If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that have the correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

3. Weaken a natyazhitel and throw off from a pulley a driving belt.
4. By means of a big syringe pump out from the tank of the steering pump as the bigger amount of hydraulic liquid is possible. For collecting spilled liquid get under the car drain capacity.
5. Weaken nuts of fastening of the right forward wheel, поддомкратьте the car and establish it on props. Remove a wheel.

6. Turn out a hollow bolt of shtutserny connection and separate from the pump the pressure head line. Remove established from both parties of the shtutserny socket sealing washers (washers are subject to replacement without fail). Wrap up the shtutserny socket a polyethylene film for the purpose of minimization of losses of hydraulic liquid.

7. Weaken a collar and disconnect from the steering pump a returnable hydraulic hose.
8. Liberate from the lever of a rotary fist a tip of the right steering draft (see. Section Removal and installation of tips of steering drafts). Develop draft back, having released sufficient working space.
9. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of the steering pump.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made upside-down. Track, that all fixture (including a hollow shtutserny bolt) was tightened with demanded effort. Do not forget to replace sealing washers of the shtutserny socket of the pressure head line. Make adjustment of effort of a tension of a driving belt (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance).
2. Connect steering bent for to the lever of a rotary fist (see. Section Removal and installation of tips of steering drafts).
3. Establish a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel nuts with demanded effort (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance).
4. Add in the tank of the steering pump necessary amount of hydraulic liquid of a demanded grade (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance) also "pump over" steering system (see. The section air Removal from a hydraulic path of system of strengthening of a wheel).
