Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline

Before starting removal of the inlet pipeline it is necessary to disconnect electroconducting and hoses from the listed components.

1 — the PCV Valve
2 — the Vacuum amplifier of brakes
3 — the Actuation mechanism of the valve of capacity
4 — the Inlet air line

5 — the EGR Valve with a bell
6 — Assembly of the IAC/perekryvaniya valve of supply of air
7 — the TPS/datchik-switch of a closed position of a butterfly valve
8 — the Cover of the distributor of ignition with VV wires


Start procedure performance only after final cooling of the power unit.


Top section of the inlet pipeline (the delivery chamber)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in a power supply system (see. Head of the Power supply system and release), then disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that have the correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

2. Plums cooling liquid from a radiator and the engine block, empty cooling system, (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance).
3. Remove an inlet air line (see. Head of the Power supply system and release), then disconnect draft, hoses and electroconducting from the throttle case.
4. Disconnect wire VV from spark plugs and liberate them from intermediate clamps on the case of the delivery chamber. Uncover the distributor and take her aside, without disconnecting wire VV.

5. Operating as it should be, the return shown on an illustration, weaken bolts of fastening of the top section of the inlet pipeline. Remove the top delivery chamber together with the case of a throttle connected to it. Disconnect the tire of grounding brought to the lower part of the delivery chamber. Moving from the center to edges, turn out fixing bolts of the lower part of the chamber.

6. Before installation of the top section carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the pipeline, the top and bottom parts of the delivery chamber. Having completely removed from surfaces traces of old laying and hermetic, wipe their rags moistened in solvent.
7. Put on hairpins of the inlet pipeline new laying, then plant from above the lower part of the delivery chamber and, moving from edges to the center, tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort.

8. Plant on the bottom chamber sealing laying and establish the top part of the chamber. In strictly certain order tighten bolts of fastening of the top chamber with demanded effort.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the top section of the pipeline.
2. Disconnect electroconducting from the sensor switch of temperature of cooling liquid, CTS, the electromagnetic valve of management of functioning of the valve of capacity, the electromagnetic EGR valve and the sensor of temperature of EGR.
3. Mark and disconnect all disturbing to dismantle of the bottom section of the pipeline vacuum hoses.
4. Remove from the pipeline the fuel highway with injection injectors (see. Head of the Power supply system and release).

5. Turn out fixing bolts and disconnect from the end face of the pipeline of a tube of an okhladitelny path turned to transmission.

6. Operating as it should be the return shown on an illustration, in stages (on 1/4 turns for an approach) weaken bolts/nut of fastening of the pipeline.

7. If the pipeline "became attached" and does not give in to separation from heads of cylinders, обстучите its hammer through wooden whetstone.

At all do not hook the pipeline the lever under an interfaced surface.

8. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the pipeline and heads of cylinders, having completely removed from them traces of a material of old laying and hermetic and having wiped then the rags moistened in acetone.

9. Before starting installation of new sealing laying and the pipeline, check a condition of the tubes of an okhladitelny path laid under it. Establish laying and the pipeline, - track correctness of placement of components on directing pins. Screw fixing nuts.

10. In strictly certain order in three stages tighten pipeline fixture with demanded effort.

Efforts of a tightening of nuts differ from efforts of a tightening of bolts.

11. Further installation is made as it should be the return to an order of dismantle of components. Do not forget to fill system of cooling and to replace impellent oil (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance).
12. Start the engine and check it on existence of signs of leakages of the fuel, cooling liquid and depression losses.
