Replacement of a back epiploon of a cranked shaft


1. Hang out the unit from above on the winch or a beam and remove a transmission (see. Head Transmission). Remove a flywheel / a driving disk (see. Section Removal and flywheel installation / driving disk).
2. Having accurately hooked a screw-driver, take an old epiploon from a landing nest in the holder.
3. Grease a pin of a cranked shaft and a sponge of a new epiploon with universal greasing. Landing of an epiploon is carried out by means of an opravka as which the face head of the corresponding size, or a piece of a pipe of suitable diameter can be used. As a last resort, simply begin to knock an epiploon in a nest a stupid drift. Track perpendicularity of landing of an epiploon in a nest.

The epiploon has rather rigid sponges which are easy for damaging, observe extreme care! Landing is carried out not more deeply than aflush with a back of the holder.

4. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
5. Start the engine and check its existence of signs of leakages of oil.
