16. Slightly grease a regulator shaft with pure impellent oil, establish it on an alarm rotor and achieve combination of a label with a lock pin.

17. Establish грузики with bearings, fix components lock rings.

20. Establish the dustproof screen, a sealing ring and a distributor begunok. Establish the distributor on the engine.

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

 If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that have the correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

2. At the corresponding complete set remove the filter from a distributor cover. Pay attention that the plug of connection of a candle wire of the first cylinder on a cover of the distributor is marked with acting digital label in the form of 1.

3. Disconnect from the distributor the main electric socket and the contact socket of grounding.
4. Uncover the distributor (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance). Turn the engine for a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft so that the begunok of the distributor was developed towards position of the plug of a candle wire of the first cylinder on a cover (see. The section Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in the provision of the top dead point (VMT)).
5. Put on a rim of the case of the distributor a label of provision of a nouse a begunka. Also mark the provision of the basis of the case of the distributor concerning a surface of a head of cylinders.

6. Turn out clamping a fixing bolt and take distributor assembly from a head of cylinders.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the distributor on the regular place in a head of cylinders. Track combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle.
2. For introduction in gearing of driving gear wheels of a camshaft and a distributor shaft, probably, it is necessary slightly повращать the assembly case. Track completeness of landing of the distributor in a head. Once again make sure of correctness of combination of landing labels.

3. Freely screw clamping a bolt of fastening of the distributor.
4. Establish a cover of the distributor and strongly tighten screws of its fastening.
5. Connect to the distributor electroconducting.
6. If removed, connect wire VV to corresponding ignitions.
7. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
8. Check correctness of installation of a corner of an advancing of ignition, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see. The section Check and adjustment of installations of a corner of an advancing of ignition), then finally tighten clamping a bolt of fastening of the distributor. At the corresponding complete set establish the filter of a cover of the distributor.
