Control system of functioning of the capacity valve

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The valve of capacity is provided on models 1993 and 1994 of вып. the system consists of the valve of capacity placed in the inlet pipeline), the actuation mechanism, the electromagnetic valve of an uparvleniye and RSM. The valve of capacity exercises administration of the direction of giving of an inlet air stream. At low turns of the engine depression created in the inlet pipeline influences the actuation mechanism of the valve of capacity that leads to a perekryvaniye of the last, air thus soaked-up in the engine moves on longer way that provides increase of a torque of the engine on small turns. On reaching frequency of rotation of the engine of a certain value of RSM disconnects a food of the electromagnetic valve of management that conducts to violation of tightness of the actuation mechanism and closing of the valve of capacity. Thus air starts to be soaked up in the engine on shorter way that increases efficiency of return of the power unit on high turns.
2. For check of serviceability of functioning of system start the engine and lift frequency of its rotation to 3000 rpm a little, watching reaction of the actuation mechanism of the valve of capacity. The rod of the actuation mechanism at change of turns should be put forward or be involved respectively, otherwise muffle the engine pass to the following stage of check.
3. Check a condition of the vacuum hoses going from a source of depression to the actuation mechanism of the valve of capacity. Check tightness of the vacuum tank. make sure. That the one-pass valve passes air only in one direction.
4. Disconnect electroconducting from the electromagnetic valve of management of functioning of the valve of capacity. Include ignition and by means of the voltmeter measure make sure available tension of the battery on the plug of a white-dark blue wire of a plait of wires of the socket. If tension is absent, check an electroconducting condition on a chain site between the socket and the assembly block of safety locks. Check on break the orange wire going from the socket to RSM.
5. Disconnect from unions of the electromagnetic valve of management vacuum lines. By means of pair of wires crossing points equipped with safety locks submit tension from the battery directly on two plugs of the electromagnetic valve, - distinctly heard click, thus air should be distributed should start to pass freely between two unions of assembly. Disconnect wires crossing points, - pass should be blocked. The faulty electromagnetic valve of management is subject to replacement.
6. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the actuation mechanism of the valve of capacity and connect instead of it the manual vacuum pump. Create on the actuation mechanism depression, the rod of a pusher should be displaced, having provided full tightness of assembly, otherwise replace the actuation mechanism.
7. If during the carried-out checks it was not possible to reveal any deviations, the car should be driven away on car repair shop for carrying out detailed diagnostics of a condition of RSM and performance of the corresponding regenerative repair.
